Any Loss to the Property materials such as pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the property will be subject to full payment of Product MRP. 7. Only traveler staying with Hiflier travels will be allowed in the Property and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us. 10. Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour. 11. Hiflier travels is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident. 12. Hiflier travels is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time. 13. Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition & availability of ticket slots. 14. Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded 15. Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe. 16. The accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered as confirmed unless specifically mentioned and depends on the availability of the rooms. If found full, we shall provide you with another similar property. 19. The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own. 20. If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given. 21. It is advisable to take woolen clothes no matter what season you are going in. 22. Booking shall be released if the advance payment was not received on time.
